Stripe, Inc. processes payments on our behalf. Stripe receives your name, email, and payment information to complete transactions.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and purchase records for the duration of your account and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and business purposes. Form submissions and inquiry data are retained for up to twenty-four (24) months.

Certain records, including purchase history and payment records, may be retained as required for accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and audit purposes even after account deletion.

The Dataset sold through the Service contains professional and business contact information at institutional investment firms, derived from publicly available sources, documented professional correspondence, and proprietary research. These records represent business contacts in their professional capacity, not consumer profiles.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
